Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Procurement Administrator based in Newcastle Upon Tyne. The Procurement Administrator will provide strong administrative support to our busy procurement team, including compilation of tender and tender evaluation documents, managing Aged Debt and our in-house Procurement Online Tracker. Key responsibilities include conducting vendor management data compilation, maintaining strong communication with internal stakeholders, and assisting in procurement activities to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills, with an ability to handle data and make informed decisions
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to coordinate effectively with stakeholders
- Experience in Procurement processes and best practices
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and the ability to work in a structured and process-driven environment
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools
- A relevant qualification or equivalent experience in business administration, or a related field is a plus
Salary Range £23,000 - £26,000
