We’re looking for a Purchasing Manager to join our clients team in the North West, leading purchasing operations, optimising processes, and ensuring the timely, cost effective supply of materials and services. What You’ll Do Lead, coach, and develop a high performing purchasing team. Manage suppliers, contracts, and negotiations for best value. Oversee ERP driven purchasing (SAP preferred) and stock governance. Ensure compliance with UK legislation, ethical standards, and ESG practices. Drive process improvements, cost savings, and operational efficiency. What We’re Looking For Proven purchasing or supply chain experience. Strong ERP knowledge and analytical skills. Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills. Understanding of UK procurement laws, GDPR, and health & safety obligations.
Desirable: CIPS qualification, manufacturing experience, international supplier management, ESG-focused procurement.
