Supply Chain Graduate

Joining Collins Aerospace offers a graduate role in supply chain management supporting aerospace operations with analytical and project responsibilities.
Your Role
Key responsibilities include
- Liaising with operations and wider business to support direct and indirect purchasing requirements
- Reviewing, facilitating, and raising purchase orders and handling billing/invoicing queries with suppliers
- Initiating and managing contracts through to signature
- Conducting indirect supplier reviews and analysis in collaboration with the department manager
- Leading project management of cost and critical shortage reduction initiatives
- Collaborating with Quality department to ensure technical, export, and process compliance (vendor control)
- Contributing to cross-functional sustainability projects from site to European levels
- Aligning supplier base to RTX central approved suppliers
About You
What you'll need
- Minimum 2:2 degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related discipline
- Strong interest in aerospace supply chains, operational excellence, sustainability, and collaborative supplier management
- Confident and effective communication skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment with accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience or exposure to enterprise systems such as SAP and/or SQL is advantageous
- Proactive learning mindset, strong work ethic, and commitment to business objectives and personal development
- Ability to contribute effectively within a collaborative team environment
