Supply Chain Graduate

Joining Collins Aerospace offers a graduate role in supply chain management supporting aerospace operations with analytical and project responsibilities.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include

• Liaising with operations and wider business to support direct and indirect purchasing requirements
• Reviewing, facilitating, and raising purchase orders and handling billing/invoicing queries with suppliers
• Initiating and managing contracts through to signature
• Conducting indirect supplier reviews and analysis in collaboration with the department manager
• Leading project management of cost and critical shortage reduction initiatives
• Collaborating with Quality department to ensure technical, export, and process compliance (vendor control)
• Contributing to cross-functional sustainability projects from site to European levels
• Aligning supplier base to RTX central approved suppliers

About You

What you'll need

• Minimum 2:2 degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related discipline
• Strong interest in aerospace supply chains, operational excellence, sustainability, and collaborative supplier management
• Confident and effective communication skills
• Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment with accuracy and attention to detail
• Experience or exposure to enterprise systems such as SAP and/or SQL is advantageous
• Proactive learning mindset, strong work ethic, and commitment to business objectives and personal development
• Ability to contribute effectively within a collaborative team environment
