Purpose of the role

Clearsprings Ready homes is seeking a motivated and dynamic property procurement officer to join its established Property Procurement team.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving our growth in the Luton, Bedford and Milton Keynes area by identifying new properties to procure.

The role involves some homeworking and daily travel.

There are various administration duties with daily meetings and liaising with other members of the team and sharing best practice to support the company in achieving our procurement targets.

Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, you will and provide support where required and assist in drafting compiling reports for weekly meetings and updates to the Regional Operations Manager, Head of Procurement Services and the Board of Directors.

This role involves extensive travel, with the possibility of some out of hours working and overnight stays.

We are seeking an experienced property professional to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property sales, estate agency, and residential property management.

This role will also involve involvement in development planning and procurement within the property sector.
