
Supply Chain Executive (Hybrid, 3 days office, 2 days WFH)
Location: Aldershot area (No sponsorship is offered)
About the Role
We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Supply Chain Executive to join our clients aerospace team for a full-time 2 year contract..This position supports the end-to-end management of customer orders for a range of sensor and electronics products, working with OEM customers across Europe and other global markets. You'll be part of a small, collaborative team responsible for ensuring orders are processed accurately, shipments are coordinated efficiently, and customers receive excellent service throughout the order lifecycle.
This is a varied role that would suit someone with experience in supply chain, order processing or logistics coordination.
Experience using SAP would be highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
Order Management and Supply Chain
Create and process customer sales orders.
Issue delivery notes, proforma invoices, and final invoices.
Maintain and update customer order books.
Raise purchase orders with manufacturing sites.
Provide customers with calibration and test documentation.
Ensure accurate sales realisation and shipment processing.
Logistics & Shipping Coordination
Arrange and coordinate domestic and international shipments.
Liaise with manufacturing facilities regarding deliveries.
Create Advance Shipping Notices (ASNs).
Prepare shipping and export documentation.
Help minimise logistics costs through shipment consolidation where possible.
Customer Service
Provide support to customers via email, telephone, and Microsoft Teams.
Respond to customer queries and resolve invoice-related issues.
Build strong working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Issue Resolution
Raise Customer Discrepancy Reports (CDRs).
Manage Return Material Authorisations (RMAs).
Support the resolution of supply chain and order-related issues.
Administration
Assist with updating procedures and work instructions.
Support general departmental administration activities.
Contribute to process improvements and team initiatives.
What We're Looking For Essential
Previous experience in a supply chain, logistics or order management role.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Excellent organisation and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a small team.
Desirable
Experience using SAP.
Experience within manufacturing, aerospace, engineering, electronics, or industrial sectors desirable.
