Key Responsibilities
- Draft, negotiate, execute, and manage contracts with suppliers, customers, partners, and regulatory bodies globally.
- Contribute to commercial strategy and pricing decisions, including contract forms, models, and risk allocation.
- Drive the development and maturity of the commercial function, including governance, processes, and training.
- Influence and collaborate with internal stakeholders across all levels.
- Present information clearly and compellingly to stakeholders.
- Strong experience in contract drafting and negotiation, including complex or high-value agreements.
- Ability to contribute to commercial strategy and pricing models.
- Experience in developing commercial processes and governance.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to present information effectively to diverse audiences.
- Salary: £51,000 – £63,000 (DOE)
