What You'll Do
- Lead and manage commercial activities, including contract drafting, negotiation, and execution.
- Contribute to commercial strategy and pricing models aligned with business objectives.
- Drive the development and maturity of the commercial function, including governance, processes, and training.
- Mentor junior team members and deputise for the Head of Commercial when required.
- Represent the Commercial Directorate internally and externally, presenting information in compelling formats.
- Strong experience in contract drafting and negotiation with global third parties.
- Proven ability to deliver commercial strategy and pricing initiatives.
- Experience developing commercial functions and mentoring teams.
- Skilled at influencing and decision-making in complex, ambiguous environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

- Competitive salary: £61,920 - £81,270 (DOE)
- Bonus: 12.5%
