Procurement Specialists
Sheffield Health Partnership University NHS Foundation TrustTo support the Head of Procurement by taking responsibility for formal Procurement of Goods and Services.
To review products and/or services used across the Trust and wider partnering organisations e.g. ICS, Shelford, giving consideration to usage;
ensuring that best value is obtained for all products and/or services.
To ensure Procurement activity achieves best value for money based on whole lifecycle costs, while complying with all Trust financial procedures
and Procurement Directives.
Main duties of the job
To provide procurement and supply chain services to all Directorates/Divisions within the Trusts.
To deliver measurable savings from revenue expenditure to support Sheffield Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (SHPU) Cost Improvement Programme.
To develop internal supply chain processes for the benefit of other departments.
