Procurement Officer / Senior Buyer

Title: Senior Operational Buyer

Contract: Full Time

We are looking for a solution-focused, analytical Senior Operational Buyer who thrives on working with large volumes of information, complex products, and diverse suppliers. This role requires someone confident in analysis, Excel, PowerBI, and a lean approach to procurement, who can work independently and deliver solutions rather than just operational tasks.

Procurement & Supplier Management: Oversee a diverse supplier portfolio, drive part sourcing activities, negotiate price adjustments, and resolve invoicing or payment discrepancies.

• Operational Efficiency: Manage workqueues, ensure timely PO issuance, and contribute to globally defined procurement methods, processes, and systems.
• Supplier Development & Compliance: Support supplier qualification, evaluation, selection, and ongoing development, maintaining transparency and high procurement quality.
• Maintain records, update supplier evaluation systems, and support Procurement Business Plan activities.

Strong experience with SAP transactional systems (PS1 ATLAS module in a production environment).

• Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large data sets.
• 5+ years of experience in Direct Procurement.
• Experience in aerospace or industrial applications preferred; A proactive, solution-oriented mindset—able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Advanced/Fluent English.
