Duties
- Supporting and assisting the supply chain team in all office procedures
- Understand the management activity to support information flow from the buyer's standard work
- KPI Reporting & development
- Other tasks as assigned
- Visualise information for stand-up management activity
- Supplier Scorecard Procedure
- Master data to be kept up to date to have clean MRP Signals
- Performance metrics collected and reported on a re-occurrence
- Supporting development of process & standard work documentation
- Providing general administration support for the Supply Chain Team
- Scanning and filing of Supply Chain documentation
- Other ad-hoc administration duties as requiredCriteria:
- 1 years' previous experience providing administration support (Manufacturing background essential)
- An understanding of the principles of MRP systems (Material Requirement Planning
- Proficient in all IT packages with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Educated to GCSE Level, Grades A*-C, or equivalent (including Maths & English)
- Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
- Highly organised with the ability to forward plan
- Team player with the ability to provide accurate data with a high level of attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
