Duties

  • Supporting and assisting the supply chain team in all office procedures
  • Understand the management activity to support information flow from the buyer's standard work
  • KPI Reporting & development
  • Other tasks as assigned
  • Visualise information for stand-up management activity
  • Supplier Scorecard Procedure
  • Master data to be kept up to date to have clean MRP Signals
  • Performance metrics collected and reported on a re-occurrence
  • Supporting development of process & standard work documentation
  • Providing general administration support for the Supply Chain Team
  • Scanning and filing of Supply Chain documentation
  • Other ad-hoc administration duties as requiredCriteria:
  • 1 years' previous experience providing administration support (Manufacturing background essential)
  • An understanding of the principles of MRP systems (Material Requirement Planning
  • Proficient in all IT packages with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Educated to GCSE Level, Grades A*-C, or equivalent (including Maths & English)
  • Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
  • Highly organised with the ability to forward plan
  • Team player with the ability to provide accurate data with a high level of attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
