Functional Consultant - D 365 Supply Chain (O2C)

The ideal candidate for this role will have strong functional expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (D365 SCM) or Dynamics AX 2012, with a focus on Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes. The team will be responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing end-to-end O2C solutions, covering sales order management, pricing, credit management, invoicing, and customer settlement.

Key responsibilities

Configure sales orders, pricing, trade agreements, discounts and charges, credit management, intercompany sales, returns and invoicing.

Take part in workshops, capture requirements, and contribute to fit-gap analysis and functional designs.

Work with the WMS consultant on order holds, amendments, inventory reservation and release to warehouse.

Write configuration documents, test scripts, and training material.

Support customer and open order migration, SIT, UAT, training, cutover, go-live and hypercare.

Investigate and fix functional issues and refer design questions to the O2C Lead.

Experience and skills

At least 5 years in D365 SCM or Dynamics AX 2012 sales and distribution.

At least two full-cycle implementations with O2C scope, one or more on D365.

Hands-on configuration of sales orders, pricing, trade agreements, credit management, returns and invoicing.

Experience writing functional documentation and resolving integration and test defects.

Desirable

Retail, luxury goods or wholesale distribution.

Intercompany and multi-entity sales.

MB-330 (Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate) or equivalent experience.
