We are working with a leading international consumer business seeking an experienced Logistics & Supply Chain Manager to support a significant operational transformation programme. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established project, take ownership of critical delivery activities and make a tangible impact across a complex, international logistics network.

The Logistics & Supply Chain Manager will lead the implementation of operational change across logistics and supply chain processes, ensuring initiatives are delivered effectively, stakeholders remain aligned and improvements are embedded into day-to-day operations.

Role Highlights

  • Drive the implementation of logistics and supply chain transformation initiatives across an international business.
  • Take ownership of project delivery, managing milestones, dependencies, risks and operational outcomes.
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to coordinate change across supply chain operations.
  • Translate established transformation plans into practical improvements, ensuring successful adoption across the business.

You Will Need

  • Strong experience in logistics and supply chain transformation, with a clear focus on implementation rather than strategy development.
  • Previous experience operating at Senior Manager level, ideally within an internal transformation or operational leadership position.
  • A background in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR), foodservice, FMCG or a large-scale consumer-facing organisation.
  • Experience delivering complex operational change within international businesses.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, project governance and problem-solving skills, with the ability to deliver results in complex environments.

Why You'll Love It

  • Immediate impact: Join an active transformation programme with established priorities and deliverables.
  • International exposure: Work across a complex consumer business with significant operational scale.
  • Delivery ownership: Take responsibility for implementing meaningful improvements rather than developing high-level strategy.
