What Will Be Your Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end procurement processes, including strategic sourcing, tendering, contract negotiation, and supplier performance evaluation;
• Develop, negotiate, and oversee strategic supply agreements to ensure long-term value and alignment with business goals;
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify, evaluate, and onboard high-performing suppliers aligned with quality, cost, and service objectives;
• Analyse procurement needs across departments, prioritize requisitions, and ensure timely execution of purchasing strategies;
• Drive supplier optimization initiatives, focusing on cost reduction, continuous quality improvement, and enhanced service levels;
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, commercial, finance, and operations teams to align procurement efforts with organizational objectives and project timelines.

Profile And Requirements

• MCIPS or equivalent preferable;
• 4–6 years of progressive experience in Procurement / Supply - preferably from a Defence background;
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical capabilities, and decision-making skills;
• Proven ability to manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and lead procurement initiatives independently;
• Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on value creation and process efficiency;
• Language Requirements: Advanced proficiency in English, with proven fluency at the C2 level;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive and collaborative attitude;
• Solid understanding of commercial and financial procedures related to procurement (preferred);
• Knowledge in Microsoft BC.
