Supply Chain & Logistics Co-Ordinator

As our Supply Chain and Logistics Co-Ordinator, you'll support the operational delivery of our supply chain and fleet functions, helping to ensure optimal vehicle standards and parts availability across the Tesco Property Maintenance network. Your work will enable our Maintenance Technicians to be in the right place, at the right time, with the right equipment to support a safe and efficient operation.

This is a role for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced operational environment, coordinating multiple activities, supporting stakeholders, and ensuring processes are followed with accuracy and attention to detail. You'll play a key role in maintaining compliance, supporting fleet operations, managing parts catalogue processes, and helping drive continuous improvement across the supply chain function.

• Reviewing planned maintenance schedules and Vehicle Off Road (VOR) status to ensure vehicles remain compliant, available, and operating efficiently.
• Organising and supporting vehicle handovers, including delivering basic vehicle training to Maintenance Technicians.
• Managing supply chain and fleet inboxes and supporting field stakeholders with queries and escalations.
• Acting as a first point of contact for field stakeholders, resolving issues and coordinating support where required.
• Supporting technician onboarding by delivering guidance on vehicle operations and promoting best practice for van usage.
• Supporting localised training activities and working with systems trainers to improve regional competence and capability.
• Managing engagement with Electronic Parts Catalogue (EPC) request processes to ensure timely responses to queries and requests.
• Acting as the first line of review for EPC new part additions and Product of Approval (POA) requests, coordinating with key stakeholders to assess validity and requirements.
• Supporting regional operational reviews to improve parts availability, vehicle performance, and overall productivity.
• Maintaining accurate fleet records and supporting compliance through effective record keeping and process adherence.
• Working closely with Fleet Managers, Maintenance Managers, Technicians, external suppliers, systems trainers, and Tesco Business Solutions teams to deliver effective operational support.
• Strong Microsoft 365 (O365) skills.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on process compliance.
• Experience supporting stakeholders across multiple levels of an organisation.
• Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience delivering workplace training or supporting colleague development.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently within a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of vehicle specifications and vehicle conversions.
• General fleet management knowledge or supply chain experience.
• A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.
