💰 Salary: £40,000 – £50,000

📍 Location: Redruth, Cornwall

⏰ Hours: Full-time. Monday-Friday, 8:30-17:00

👤 Reports to: The Directors

What You'll Be Doing

✔️ Leading procurement across all businesses within the group

✔️ Identifying, negotiating, and managing supplier relationships

✔️ Implementing group-wide purchasing processes and approval frameworks

✔️ Reducing ad hoc credit card spend across the business

✔️ Designing and rolling out new procurement systems and workflows

We're Looking For

🔹 Proven experience in a hands-on procurement management role

🔹 Broad category purchasing experience

🔹 CIPS qualification or equivalent experience

🔹 Strong commercial negotiation and supplier management skills

🔹 Experience implementing procurement systems and processes
