Demand Planner / Supply Chain Planner

Demand Planner West London Food Manufacturing £50,000 - £55,000 Please note: This role is fully office-based with no hybrid or remote working options. I’m hiring for a major UK food manufacturer with a strong portfolio across a variety of categories. Big volumes. Recognisable brands. Serious retail exposure. This isn’t a “keep the spreadsheet ticking” role. You’ll sit at the centre of Commercial, NPD and Supply Chain, owning short, mid and long-term forecasts in a fast-paced, short shelf-life environment. What you’ll be responsible for: Building and refining accurate forecasts using SAP.

Adjusting for seasonality, promotions, customer dynamics and supply constraints

Analysing demand patterns daily, weekly and monthly

Leading forecast conversations within S&OP

Modelling promo impact and NPD launches

Tracking forecast accuracy, bias and adherence to plan

Improving processes, data quality and system utilisation

You’ll need: 3+ years in Demand Planning within FMCG (short shelf life is ideal)

Strong SAP APO experience

Advanced Excel capability (modelling, scenario analysis, data automation)

Confidence to challenge Commercial and influence stakeholders
