Senior Procurement Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Manager to join our client's Commercial Functional Unit within the Procurement Department on a permanent basis. This is a senior leadership role driving procurement strategy, commercial value and operational excellence across high-profile projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Devise and lead Procurement Strategy across projects and initiatives
• Drive change, innovation and continuous improvement
• Lead subcontract procurement and category management activity
• Build strong collaborative supplier relationships
• Negotiate contracts, pricing and commercial terms
• Support Work Winning teams with robust procurement strategies
• Manage and develop the Procurement team group-wide
• Ensure compliance with governance, CSR and regulatory requirements
• Lead client-facing procurement activity and benefits realisation

• Senior-level experience in strategic procurement
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Proven commercial negotiation expertise
