IT Procurement Administrator

Location: Watford

Permanent, Full-Time (Mon – Fri)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Procurement Administrator to support our IT procurement processes. This role is critical in ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of IT hardware, software, and services, while maintaining compliance with company policies and supplier agreements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end IT procurement process, including raising purchase orders and tracking deliveries.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to understand IT requirements and ensure timely fulfilment.
  • Maintain accurate records of IT assets, licenses, and supplier contracts.
  • Monitor supplier performance and assist in resolving any procurement-related issues.
  • Support budget tracking and provide regular reports on IT expenditure.
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and relevant regulations.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in procurement or administration, ideally within an IT environment.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
