Overview: I am working with a Viral Wellness / Beauty Brand that can be found exclusively in UK & US retailers online & instore. They have over 1million outstanding reviews on Socials & are making waves within the industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage all outbound shipments of finished goods from the UK factory to warehouses and fulfilment centres in the UK, EU and USA
• Ensure products reach Amazon FBA centres globally on time and maintain a consistently healthy stock position
• Coordinate supply for TikTok fulfilment centres in the EU and USA, ensuring timely replenishment and correct documentation
• Oversee all outbound stock movement to US warehouses and ensure onward distribution to the correct centres
• Handle all export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, commodity codes and declarations
• Ensure correct use of VAT numbers, EORI numbers and required registrations for EU and US shipments
• Demonstrate strong understanding of customs rules, Brexit requirements and international trade regulations
• Apply the correct incoterms including DDP, DDU and EXW depending on shipment type and customer requirements
• Plan, book and track international freight across air, road and sea
• Calculate pallet configurations, carton quantities, dimensions and weight-based freight costs
• Work with freight forwarders to secure optimal rates and timely service
• Forecast stock requirements for Amazon, TikTok and US warehouses to avoid stockouts
• Maintain accurate inventory visibility across all outbound channels
• Manage shipment creation, carton labels, pallet labels and appointments for FBA deliveries
• Monitor global FBA inventory health, stranded issues, check-ins and transfer times
• Coordinate with Amazon account managers and warehouses to resolve delivery challenges
• Work directly with the UK Operations Director on daily supply chain priorities
• Liaise with the US Director of Operations to ensure seamless replenishment for the US market
• Maintain strong communication with our factory director regarding production, lead times and dispatch
• Collaborate with platform account managers for Amazon and TikTok to ensure operational alignment
• Track and manage outbound logistics costs and identify opportunities for efficiency
• Ensure accurate and timely invoicing, freight reconciliation and cost allocation
• Support operational reporting and performance analysis as required

You Are

• Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in supply chain coordination, logistics or outbound operations
• Strong understanding of exporting from the UK to the EU and USA, including customs and compliance
• Experienced in Amazon FBA operational logistics across multiple regions
• Proven experience handling DDP, DDU and other incoterms
• Confident managing freight forwarders, shipping lines and warehouse partners
• Strong technical understanding of palletisation, dimensions, weight-based shipping formulas and freight planning
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong operational relationships
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high responsibility
