An exciting opportunity for a Head of Supply Chain to join a growing, international manufacturer supplying products into the construction sector.

This is a senior leadership role with full ownership of end-to-end supply chain operations and a seat at the leadership table, driving performance, cost, and scalability during a major growth phase.

The Role

• Lead SIOP (Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning) & demand forecasting across the business
• Own end-to-end supply chain strategy (procurement, planning, logistics)
• Drive supplier performance, negotiations & cost savings
• Improve inventory, service levels & operational efficiency
• Lead and develop a high-performing supply chain team
• Drive ERP/MRP optimisation & continuous improvement

About You

• Senior supply chain leader within complex manufacturing environments
• Strong experience in SIOP, forecasting & planning
• Proven commercial and negotiation expertise
• Experience managing global suppliers & supply chains
• Data-driven, hands-on, and results-focused
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
