Job Title: ITAD & Waste Management Partnerships Manager (R2v3 Specialist)Role Overview

We are seeking a highly connected expert in the UK waste management and IT Asset Disposal (ITAD) industry. Your primary mission will be to act as our Network Lead, identifying and establishing strong commercial relationships with R2v3 (v3) certified companies across the UK. You will bridge the gap between our procurement needs and the UK's top-tier responsible recycling facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Networking: Proactively identify and connect our business with R2v3-certified ITAD and waste disposal providers in the UK.
• Downstream Auditing: Conduct "Due Diligence" on potential partners to ensure they meet the strict R2v3 requirements for material tracking and environmental safety.
• Regulatory Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for UK Environment Agency standards, ensuring all partner connections comply with WEEE and hazardous waste regulations.
• Partnership Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with waste disposal firms to ensure high recovery rates and secure data destruction.
• Compliance Oversight: Oversee the collection of Certificates of Data Destruction and Waste Transfer Notes (WTN) for all processed inventory.

Requirements & Qualifications

• R2v3 Expertise: Deep, demonstrable knowledge of the Sustainable Electronics Recycling International (SERI) R2v3 standard.
• Industry Connections: A pre-existing professional network within the UK ITAD and e-waste sector.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of UK WEEE Directives and environmental permitting.
• Audit Experience: Proven experience in auditing downstream vendors for environmental and data security compliance.
• Certifications: Ideally holds or has worked extensively with ISO 14001, ISO 9001, or ADISA standards.

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly Wage: £1,000 – £10,000(Gross), depending on experience and location.
• Performance Bonus: Based on successful partnership acquisition and compliance milestones.
• Role Type: Full-time / Permanent.
