This role is with one of Michael Page's large FTSE clients in the North London area who are going through a transformation.

Description

Responsible for the strategic procurement and commercial management of corporate services categories, including HR, IT, finance, legal and professional consultancy. The role covers the full procurement lifecycle.
Lead end-to-end procurement activity: market engagement, sourcing strategy, tendering, evaluation, contracting and supplier management.
Manage sourcing and performance for HR services including recruitment, learning & development and benefits.
Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify procurement and supply chain needs.
Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to achieve value for the organisation.
Analyse market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate risks.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and relevant regulations.
Monitor supplier performance and address any issues effectively.
Provide strategic advice to internal teams on procurement and supply chain matters.
Lead and manage a team to achieve departmental goals.

Profile

A successful Senior Business Partner should have

Extensive experience in indirect procurement across multiple categories and eager to work in a fast pace environment.
Proven ability to develop and implement procurement strategies.
Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills.
Knowledge of procurement regulations and compliance requirements.
Strong knowledge of contract performance
Capability to analyse market trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
Experience in leading and managing a team effectively.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Relevant professional qualifications or certifications in procurement or supply chain management.
