Great Ormond Street Hospital Supply Chain department are looking for a Supply Chain Officer to work in an established team delivering an efficient and effective Materials Management services to wards and theatres.

What does a great Supply Chain Officer do?

Demonstrate a sound understanding of materials management and knowledge of general supply chain management principles from the receipting of goods, to the importance of the supply flow within a hospital environment.
Show an understanding of technologies used for the management of supplies.
Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and be able to react positively under pressure in a demanding environment.
Show effective problem solving skills to ensure that all aspects of the supply chain work for the benefit of the trust in terms of supply and financial management.
Be flexible as this is a full time post working 37.5 hours per week on rotational shifts which can be interchangeable to cover service requirement
