Summary

You will be responsible for supporting the team with general administrative tasks,

maintaining accurate records, and ensuring information is kept up to date across systems.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately input and maintain data on internal systems and spreadsheets.
Check, validate and update records to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Process orders, documents and internal requests in a timely manner.
Prepare basic reports and summaries for management.
File, organise and maintain electronic and paper records.
Handle general office administration, including emails, phone calls and correspondence.
Support different departments with administrative tasks as required.
Assist with document preparation, printing and scanning.
Follow company procedures to ensure records are compliant and up to date.
Carry out any other general administrative duties as required by the business.

Experience Required

Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Confident using databases and internal systems.
Well organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Reliable, proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
