Senior Supply Chain Planner

Do you have supply chain, planning or purchasing experience. Looking for a new challenge ?

• Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure on-time delivery, manage importing, customs processes, and help with quality control where applicable.
• Oversee customer tenders and ensure the Sales & Marketing team is equipped with relevant pricing, data, and product insights.
• Manage all associated admin via our order processing system, ensuring accuracy and documentation compliance. Ensure that a full written documentation trail is available, in accordance with company requirements.
• Work closely with the Demand Planner & Operations Director to meet stock availability and delivery targets.
• Regularly research and engage with new suppliers to drive continuous improvement in cost-effectiveness, quality, and delivery.
• Managing stock levels

Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 3 years in a supply chain, planning or purchasing role ideally within food or FMCG
• Enjoy working in a busy and dynamic environment
• 'Can-do' attitude and positive approach to problem solving
• Strong IT skills and equally confident with spreadsheets
• Excellent communication skills
