Our client is currently looking to recruit a Procurement Administrator on an initial 3 month temporary basis looking to start immediately.

Procurement Administrator

£13 per hour

We are seeking a reliable and organised Administrator to support our procurement team with day-to-day administrative tasks. This is an ideal entry-level role for someone looking to start or develop a career in procurement and supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier information

Assist with obtaining quotes and comparing supplier prices

Liaise with suppliers regarding orders, deliveries, and invoices

Support the procurement team with general administrative duties

Ensure compliance with internal policies and procurement guidelines Requirements

Good organisational and time-management skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word

Good written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established organisation looking for an immediate start
