Office-based 40hours per week

Your new role

Required to be the support for the administrative functions of the business to ensure smooth running of all administration processes and the company offices.

Duties will include

Answering and directing incoming phone calls and forwarding messages while maintaining a professional attitude at all times, replying to emails in an organised, effective and timely manner.
Confident in accessing and using appropriate IT systems, including Microsoft Office package, Sage and Warehouse Management System
Review and monitor the Customer Orders inbox, answering customer queries and processing customer orders in a timely manner.
Updating production schedule, planning and inputting jobs into the internal database.
Processing of both domestic and international orders, ensuring all paperwork requirements are correct, arranging shipments and monitoring deliveries, updating customers on transit times and of any delays.
Providing customer advice and support to assist in ordering of the correct spare parts.

Skills Required

High level of professionalism with all contacts
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong IT skills including word processing, spreadsheets and Sage accounts
Strong numeracy skills
Competent at prioritising tasks and working with little or no supervision
Able to work to deadlines and achieve goals on time
Great attention to detail
Ability to work independently as well as a part of a team
