This business are a leading provider of food and drinks into commercial organisations across the UK. Specialising in providing the likes of technology companies, law firms and more with healthy and sustainable products, they've grown substantially since being founded in the mid 2010's.

What will I be doing?

Working as a Supply Chain Coordinator, your role will be to support company operations by handling the consumable (food and drink) side of data/logistics.

Responsibilities will include;

Dealing with suppliers to ensure product availability & on-time deliveries
Analysing stock levels for ensure efficient stock rotation
Analysing sales and supply data to identify best selling products
Working with internal teams to ensure clients receive the right product mix

This is an entry level role meaning full training and development will be provided to the individual, with the goal of moving you into a Supply Chain Manager role within 18 months.

What are the company looking for?

The right individual for this role will have a unique combination of excellent relationship building skills and a great eye for detail with data management and analysis.

Lots of the role involves looking at, analysing and interpreting data - then acting on it by managing a variety of stakeholder relationships.

It is entry level so there is no work experience within supply chain required, the company are seeking someone with a strong desire to grow within the industry.

Degrees that may be suited to the role include Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations or a related field. An interest in FMCG, vending, wholesale or retail distribution would also be ideal.

Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge will support a candidate get to grips with the role, specifically with the use of pivot tables.

The base salary offered for the role is £30,000.
