We're partnering with a globally recognised organisation embarking on a major transformation of its procurement function. As part of a newly created team, you'll play a key role in redefining how procurement operates across the business—driving business change, improving processes, embedding new ways of working and helping build a best-in-class procurement function.

This is far more than a traditional procurement role. You'll work alongside senior procurement leaders to deliver high-impact transformation programmes, influence stakeholders across the business and help shape the future operating model of a global procurement organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver strategic procurement transformation and business change initiatives.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, influencing teams to embrace new ways of working.
• Redesign and optimise procurement processes to improve efficiency, governance and user experience.
• Support the rollout of new procurement tools and digital capabilities.
• Coordinate transformation workstreams, project plans and governance activities.
• Develop communications, training and change initiatives to ensure successful adoption.
• Champion continuous improvement and help embed a culture of procurement excellence.

Requirements

• Experience delivering procurement transformation, business change or continuous improvement programmes.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to drive change across complex organisations.
• Background in Procurement Excellence, Procurement Operations, Transformation or Consulting.
• Experience delivering technology-enabled change within procurement is advantageous.
• A proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for improving how organisations operate.
