Senior Principal Indirect Procurement Consultant – Boutique Procurement Consultancy - London (Hybrid – 1 day per week onsite) - £60,000–£75,000 + Package – Must be UK based

Are you an experienced procurement professional (circa 7 years’ experience) with a background in management consultancy? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly growing boutique procurement consultancy that values innovation, collaboration, and entrepreneurial thinking.

With an expanding client portfolio across both public and private sectors, this role offers the chance to take a leading position on complex client engagements while shaping the firm’s growth trajectory. It’s an ideal step up for an ambitious Principal Consultant ready to take on a Senior Principal remit.

Role Responsibilities

• Lead client delivery autonomously, managing teams of Consultants and Senior Consultants to design and implement innovative procurement strategies.
• Work across a diverse client base spanning public and private sector organisations, gaining exposure to a broad range of industries and functions.
• Contribute to business development — while not targeted at this level, the firm rewards consultants who help bring in new opportunities.
• Mentor and develop junior consultants, supporting their professional growth and capability development.
• Required Background
• Proven experience developing procurement strategies and delivering tangible cost savings across a variety of indirect categories — ideally with exposure to FM and/or IT procurement.
• Prior management consultancy experience is essential.
• Strong track record of delivery, with evidence of measurable savings and creative, outcome-focused problem solving.
• Degree essential; MCIPS (or working towards) preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
