A globally recognised organisation is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Procurement Manager to join its international procurement function, taking ownership of the HR & Employee Benefits category across a global business.

This is a strategic procurement role responsible for leading sourcing activity across employee benefits programmes, including private medical insurance, life assurance, pensions, wellbeing and other HR-related services. Working closely with senior HR, Reward, Finance and Legal stakeholders, you'll shape category strategy, lead complex negotiations and deliver commercial value on a global scale.

You will be responsible for developing and delivering the global procurement strategy across the HR & Employee Benefits category, driving supplier performance and leading high-value commercial negotiations.

Key responsibilities include

• Develop and execute the global HR & Employee Benefits category strategy
• Lead complex negotiations with insurers, brokers and employee benefits providers
• Deliver strategic sourcing projects, contract renewals and supplier consolidation initiatives
• Partner with senior HR, Reward, Finance and Legal stakeholders globally
• Drive supplier performance through governance, benchmarking and continuous improvement
• Identify opportunities to optimise cost, improve employee value and mitigate commercial risk
• Ensure procurement best practice across a complex international environment

We're keen to speak with procurement professionals who possess:

• Strong strategic procurement or category management experience
• Experience managing HR, Employee Benefits or Corporate Services spend categories
• Excellent commercial negotiation and supplier management skills
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders across a global organisation
• A track record of delivering sourcing strategies and complex procurement projects
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance cost, risk and service outcomes
