We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Director to join our growing Consumer Supply Chain practice. In this role, you will be instrumental in building and leading a team of consultants focused on delivering transformative supply chain solutions to our clients in the Consumer Products, Retail, Foodservice, Distribution, and Automotive industries.

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Director to join our growing Consumer Supply Chain practice. In this role, you will be instrumental in building and leading a team of consultants focused on delivering transformative supply chain solutions to our clients in the Consumer Products, Retail, Foodservice, Distribution, and Automotive industries.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue business development opportunities, leading proposal development and client presentations.
• Develop and maintain deep relationships with senior client stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor on supply chain strategy and operations.
• Manage complex client engagements, overseeing project delivery, budget, and risk.
• Lead and grow a team of consultants focused on consumer supply chain transformations.
• Provide thought leadership and contribute to the development of Deloitte's supply chain offerings and methodologies.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Connect to your skills and professional experience

• Extensive relevant experience in supply chain consulting or industry, with a focus on the consumer sector (across CPG, Retail, Hospitality & Leisure, Foodservice, Distribution, Logistics, Automotive).
• Proven track record of successfully delivering end-to-end supply chain transformations, from strategy to implementation.
• Deep understanding of supply chain best practices, methodologies, and technologies, including:
• Supply chain network strategy and design
• Warehousing and distribution optimization
• Logistics and transportation management
• Manufacturing and operations excellence
• Supply chain technology implementation (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Blue Yonder)
• Strong experience in supply chain cost reduction initiatives.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with senior executives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
