Procurement Business Partner - Markets Market Data License Store

Location: London (4 days onsite)

The primary measure of success for the engagement will be the population of entitlements into the License Store, enabling a structure sometimes described in the industry as Digital Rights Management.

The resources will be primarily responsible for extracting the key terms from within Market Data contracts and working with colleagues in Markets, Legal and CDO to ensure they are correctly captured within the License Store platform.

It is imperative that the resources have experience of managing Market Data contracts and working with Market Data vendors to be able to correctly read the contracts and extract the pertinent data accurately.

Commercial Contract Analysis

• Expertise in reading and interpreting commercial contracts, with a focus on identifying key commercial terms relating to use cases for Market Data products and services.

Market Data Knowledge

• Subject Matter Expert (SME) knowledge of market data products and services, including understanding of industry standards and best practices.

Attention to Detail

• Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accurate extraction and documentation of data points from contracts.

Analytical Skills

• Proficiency in data analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and potential budget headwinds.

Stakeholder Management

• Proficiency in managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for validating the output of the data gathering.
