The Opportunity

A leading provider of facilities management services is looking for a Global Procurement Lead to support one of its flagship partnerships within the food and beverage manufacturing sector.

This is a highly visible role with genuine ownership, offering the opportunity to influence procurement strategy across multiple countries, engage with senior stakeholders, and shape the future direction of procurement within a complex global account.

More than a traditional sourcing position, this role provides the autonomy to challenge existing approaches, implement innovative solutions, and drive meaningful change across supplier management, commercial performance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead procurement strategy across a global, multi-country customer portfolio
• Deliver measurable value through cost optimisation, service improvement, efficiency gains, and risk mitigation
• Develop and strengthen strategic supplier relationships that support long-term business objectives
• Influence senior stakeholders across both service provider and client organisations
• Leverage data, analytics, and market insights to identify opportunities and support decision-making
• Drive supplier performance and value creation programmes, including sustainability and supplier diversity initiatives
• Champion continuous improvement and procurement best practices across the account

• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build credibility at senior levels
• Commercially minded, with a focus on delivering broader business value rather than purely cost savings

• Naturally curious, forward-thinking, and open to leveraging digital tools, data analytics, and AI-driven solutions
