Job Bridge Global is seeking a Procurement Manager with expertise in EPC Contracts to oversee procurement activities for our clients projects in the UK. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction procurement and be comfortable negotiating contracts with suppliers and subcontractors. You will play a critical role in ensuring that materials and services are procured efficiently, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement procurement strategies for EPC contracts in alignment with project goals and objectives.
Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, negotiation, and contract management.
Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring they meet company standards and project requirements.
Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts to secure the best value for the company.
Consult with project managers and engineers to ensure procurement aligns with project timelines and specifications.
Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Monitor supplier performance and manage relationships to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Prepare and present procurement reports and budgets to senior management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement efficiencies.
Stay up-to-date with market trends, changes in the industry, and advancements in procurement technologies.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Procurement Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of EPC contracts and procurement processes.
Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and supplier performance.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Relevant certifications in procurement or supply chain management (preferred).
