LT Talent have partnered with a premium British consumer brand operating within the beauty and wellness space.
The brand works closely with leading department stores, specialist retailers, spas, TV shopping channels and global partners.
The Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Sales Operations & Supply Chain Coordinator to support their commercial team across sales administration, stock coordination and account support.
This role plays a key part of the business, ensuring accurate order management, strong communication between teams, and consistent product availability across multiple sales channels.
The position blends head-office sales operations with regular in-store support across London. It is well suited to someone with a background in sales administration, supply chain coordination or retail head office operations within a consumer brand environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Operations & Supply Chain Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Sales team, including processing orders, managing back orders, returns and amendments.
- Ensure accurate entry of sales orders into internal systems, maintaining clear communication with relevant stakeholders.
- Liaise closely with warehouse and logistics partners to support timely dispatch and resolve delivery or stock discrepancies.
- Track stock levels, order trends and sales activity to proactively support replenishment planning and reduce stock risk.
Data, Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system.
- Support sales reporting, inventory tracking and stock analysis.
- Prepare and submit channel-specific documentation for retail and broadcast partners, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain organised records of contracts, order forms and related commercial documentation.
Account & Channel Coordination
- Act as a point of contact for retail, spa, TV shopping and distribution partners, responding to ad-hoc queries
- Support TV shopping activity through sample coordination, scheduling and asset management.
- Build effective working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to support smooth account operations.
Retail Support
- Support stock management and merchandising standards within store environments.
- Build strong relationships with store teams to support brand visibility and sales performance.
Experience Required
- 4+ years’ experience in sales administration, sales operations, supply chain coordination or a retail head office role.
- Strong experience managing sales orders, stock control and retailer accounts.
- Confident working with CRM systems and sales data.
- Experience within beauty, FMCG, retail or consumer goods is highly desirable.
- Comfortable operating across office, warehouse and retail environments.
