Your Role

Key responsibilities include

  • Contributing to contract management strategies and relationship management at business area and programme level
  • Developing innovative contracting solutions in support of proposals
  • Negotiating and managing contracts and subcontracts
  • Identifying and managing risks and opportunities
  • Administering due diligence and performance
  • Supporting financial performance and compliance of contracts
  • Facilitating invoicing and procurement of goods and services
  • Influencing customer and supplier meetings and internal management reviews
  • Developing briefing materials for senior management reviews
  • Participating in business optimisation and cross-functional improvement activities
  • Drafting and reviewing agreements such as Non-Disclosure, Teaming, and Licensing

About You

What you'll need

  • Minimum 2:2 undergraduate degree in Business, Law, History, English, or Operational Logistics (achieved or to be completed by 1 September 2025)
  • Demonstrated critical thinking ability
  • Completion of SC Security Clearance application
  • Flexibility on location and ability to travel to UK facilities and overseas
  • Excellent STEM skills demonstrated through academic achievement
  • Passion for succeeding in a fast-paced, technology industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective working relationships
  • Submission of a full CV including university and pre-university grades and a cover letter explaining interest in the role and Raytheon UK

Compensation & Benefits

  • Starting salary: £34,000 plus company benefits
