They’re reshaping the industry by combining environmental purpose with operational excellence – and they’re looking for a capable, driven Procurement Manager to join their expanding team.

About the Role

This is a hands-on, developmental role offering the opportunity to build your procurement expertise in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You’ll begin by managing day-to-day operations, including:

• Raw material call-offs and delivery scheduling
• Troubleshooting supply chain issues
• Liaising closely with production, logistics, and other departments

As you grow into the role, you’ll take on increasing responsibility for strategic procurement activities – particularly supplier negotiations and long-term supply planning.

What We’re Looking For

• 2-5 years’ experience in a procurement or supply chain role, ideally within food & drink or FMCG
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• Confidence in managing supplier relationships and collaborating cross-functionally
