Key Responsibilities

Deliver sourcing and tendering activities in line with procurement policies and best practice.

Build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Manage supplier and contract performance to maximise commercial value.

Act as a key point of contact for procurement, supplier, and contract-related queries.

Maintain approved supplier records and ensure supplier compliance requirements are met.

Support procurement governance and encourage adherence to procurement processes across the business.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the procurement function.

Maintain accurate procurement documentation, contracts, supplier records, and audit information.

Support wider category and procurement activities as required.

About You

We're looking for someone who can demonstrate

Experience in procurement, sourcing, contracts, commercial management, or supplier relationship management.

Strong commercial awareness and understanding of contract management principles.

Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

Strong communication and influencing abilities.

Good organisational skills and attention to detail.

The ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within a team environment.

A proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
