Role Title: Supply Chain Manager – Enterprise Strategy
Salary: £61,200 – £75,600 DOE
Location: Manchester, Derby & Warrington (flexible on location – hybrid working)
Reporting to the Senior Supply Chain Manager - Enterprise Strategy , this role will develop, deploy, integrate and communicate relevant supply chain strategies, providing a clear vision and strategic framework for the holistic enterprise supply chain design and client variants.
Establish and lead cross functional supply chain teams, creating and sustaining the right collaborative environment to ensure that the strategies and the execution of, meet the needs of current and future business programmes.
Role Purpose
We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager – Enterprise Strategy to develop and deploy strategic frameworks that shape the future of our enterprise supply chain. You'll provide a clear vision for holistic supply chain design, ensuring strategies meet current and future programme needs.
Key Responsibilities And Required Experience
  • Develop, deploy, and integrate supply chain strategies across the enterprise.
  • Drive cross-functional teams to deliver strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Influence sourcing decisions and manage supplier relationships in highly regulated environments.
  • Act as a representative of RR SMR with external bodies, including governments and funding organisations.
  • Manage and develop a team of up to 4 direct reports, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Mandatory Experience, Training Or Qualifications
  • Degree or equivalent experience in strategy development.
  • Proven experience in supply chain strategy and delivery roles.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Beneficial Experience, Training Or Qualifications
  • Experience in nuclear, power generation, or large-scale engineering projects.
  • Supplier management in regulated environments.
  • Strong commercial acumen and project management skills.
