SAP Master Data Architect (Procurement & Retail)

Role Summary

We are looking for an SAP Master Data Architect with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Procurement, Inventory Management, and Retail Master Data to design, standardize, and govern master data within large-scale transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design workshops and translate business requirements into SAP master data solutions
• Design and configure SAP S/4HANA procurement and inventory-related master data
• Create functional specifications and process documentation
• Support testing (unit, integration, E2E), defect resolution, and RCA
• Work closely with business process owners and IT teams to ensure template adherence
• Support cutover, go-live, and post-go-live activities

Required Experience & Skills

• Strong experience in SAP MM, Sourcing & Procurement, and Inventory Management
• Deep knowledge of Retail Master Data
• Hands-on experience with procurement scenarios: direct/indirect procurement, pricing, stock transfers, vendor consignment, VMI
• Experience integrating SAP ECC/S/4HANA with 3rd-party WMS and supply chain systems
• Strong documentation skills and excellent client-facing communication
• Ability to articulate business needs and propose scalable SAP solutions
