The position will be based in Billund, DK or London, UK and relocation support is not offered.

Core Responsibilities

  • Create and deliver the overall vision and digital product strategy, ensuring alignment with global business objectives and revenue goals.
  • Develop and champion annual portfolio objectives and key results (OKRs), collaborating with product teams to define quarterly OKRs aimed at achieving strategic outcomes.
  • Champion the voice of the user by leveraging user insights and establishing research methods to understand user motivators, needs, and pain points.
  • Oversee the UX strategy across the digital product portfolio, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience while promoting digital product methodologies to stakeholders.
  • Ensure enterprise end-to-end product strategies that consider operating realities, business initiatives, and priorities, collaborating cross-functionally with LEGO® Supply Chain and Procurement teams.
  • Communicate clearly and convincingly with stakeholders, building trust in the vision while providing clarity on risks and the roadmap ahead.
  • Be a leader and advocate for digital supply chain and procurement transformation, fostering collaboration and alignment across all functions, while leveraging external learnings, best practices and data analytics to inform product decisions and strategies.
  • Continue building a high-performance team that meets the business needs of the future, and fits with the LEGO Group’s culture and values.

Play your part in our team succeeding

This role is responsible for defining and delivering global digital product vision and strategies for products for our LEGO® Supply Chain and Procurement teams, and ensuring coherence with products in other business functions. You will work closely with business, technology, and design leaders to create the right culture to enable our product teams to thrive – empowering them by giving them challenging problems to solve and working with business stakeholders to create priorities and align on success measures (OKRs).

As People leader, you will lead the Supply Chain Product Management team consisting of 9 dedicated and highly skilled colleagues based in London and Billund. In the team, there is a strong focus on continuous improvement, while promoting and living our values, recognizing everyone’s potential to deliver unique experiences for the LEGO Group across the physical and digital world.

Do You Have What It Takes

  • 10+ years of experience in Digital Product Management and Digital Transformation with a strong leadership background.
  • Deep understanding of Supply Chain and Procurement business domains in global manufacturing organisations.
  • Expertise in developing and executing strategic plans and OKRs.
  • Ability to assess product portfolios and identify optimization and innovation opportunities.
  • A mindset geared towards experimentation and continuous improvement.
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Experience in leading change management initiatives related to digital transformation.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills to promote digital transformation and engage stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership capabilities to inspire and manage diverse teams effectively.
  • Passion for building high-performance teams that align with organizational culture and values.
  • Experience in talent management, including hiring, development, and succession planning.
  • Commitment to mentoring and developing talent within the team.
  • Demonstrated financial acumen in budgeting and resource allocation.
