To support this journey, we are hiring a high-potential graduate for our 12-month Management Traineeship (start in Q1/2026).

Your Traineeship Journey

• Work directly with Procurement & Supply Chain leadership
• Hands-on involvement in building a modern, business-driven Procurement and Supply Chain function, with training across all
• Support strategic sourcing, category development and supplier evaluations in both direct and indirect spend
• Build digital dashboards and contribute to data-driven decision-making
• Hands-on involvement in building a modern, business-driven Procurement & Supply Chain function, with structured training across all relevant areas
• Active role in designing, documenting, training and implementing optimised Procurement and Supply Chain processes
• Help drive sustainability initiatives (Scope 3, circularity, ESG)
• Drive cross-functional, tailored Procurement & Supply Chain support to our four Business Units
• Lead assigned cost and risk reduction initiatives

What makes you a great fit

• Master’s in Economics, Engineering or Chemistry
• Max. 2 years working experience, industrial internships beneficial
• Digital native with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Curious, proactive and ready to succeed outside the comfort zone
• Clear communication and cultural adaptability
• Open to business travel
• Already based near one of our listed locations
• Hybrid work model: min. 2 days onsite, more depending on business needs
