Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Procurement Buyer based in Pyle, Bridgend. The Procurement Buyer will be responsible for managing purchasing processes, preparing and processing purchase orders, and collaborating with vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services. The role includes analyzing procurement needs, monitoring supplier performance, maintaining documentation, and supporting the efficient operation of supply chain activities.

£32-£36k per annum (DOE)

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Purchasing Processes, including experience handling Purchase Orders
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate supplier metrics and procurement activities
- Excellent Communication skills to build and maintain relationships with supply chain and internal teams
- Knowledge or experience in Purchasing practices and procedures
- Attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with relevant software tools such as procurement platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous experience in procurement or supply chain management is a requirement
- Familiarity with Plumbing products (or Electrical) is a requirement
- Ideally from a wholesale or contractor background
