Role Overview-

Reporting into the General Manager, the Supply Chain Manager is responsible for leading and developing the Supply Chain function, ensuring excellent customer service levels while optimising planning, warehousing, export operations and internal logistics across multiple manufacturing and storage locations. The role is accountable for coordinating material and product flows between two production sites and the central warehouse, ensuring efficient inventory management, on-time customer deliveries and effective cross-functional collaboration.

As a member of the Site Leadership Team, the Supply Chain Manager plays a key role in the overall management and strategic development of the site, contributing to business performance, operational excellence and long-term growth.

A key focus during the first 12 months will be the successful completion and stabilisation of a new ERP planning system implementation, together with the reorganisation and development of the Supply Chain team to support business growth and operational excellence.

Skills & Experience-

• Significant experience in a Supply Chain leadership role within a manufacturing environment
• Proven experience managing planning, customer service, logistics and warehousing functions
• Successful track record of ERP implementation or major systems transformation projects
• Experience leading organisational change and developing high-performing teams
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Results-oriented with a hands-on approach
• Preferred but not Essential, Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration or a related discipline
