Head of Procurement and Supply Chain

We are looking for a Head of Procurement and Supply Chain for a growing sustainable FMCG Business to join them.

This is a key senior leadership position, responsible for driving our global procurement strategy. You’ll lead sourcing, supplier partnerships, cost management, and sustainability initiatives to ensure they deliver high-quality, responsible, and innovative solutions to for the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the global procurement strategy
• Lead supplier relationship management and negotiate strategic agreements.
• Drive innovation and sustainability throughout the supply chain.
• Ensure compliance, risk management, and ethical sourcing practices.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Development, Operations, and Sustainability teams.
• Mentor and lead a high-performing team

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in a senior procurement leadership role or end to end supply chain, ideally within packaging, FMCG, or manufacturing.
• Passion for sustainability
• Strong team management skills
• Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and sustainability.

This is a hybrid position where you will be expected to be in the office 3 days a week

Salary brack from £65,000 - £70,000 + bonus and benefits.
