Role Overview

In this position, you will shape and implement procurement strategies across a diverse portfolio of facilities-related categories. Experience within Total Facilities Management environments will be highly advantageous.

Key responsibilities include:

• Category strategy development — creating long‑term plans that enhance value, efficiency, and sustainability.
• Supplier sourcing & contracting — managing tenders, negotiations, and contract award processes.
• Stakeholder engagement — influencing senior leaders and operational teams to drive alignment.
• Risk & compliance oversight — ensuring supplier performance, governance, and service delivery standards are met.
• Continuous improvement — identifying opportunities to optimise cost, quality, and innovation.

Candidate Profile

The successful applicant will bring:

• Demonstrable experience in FM procurement, property services, or broader indirect categories.
• Strong capability in negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship development.
• Confidence working with multiple stakeholders and influencing decision‑making.
