Role purpose

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain & Logistics Manager to take ownership of the end-to-end supply chain function at HIGH.com. This role will be responsible for building efficient, scalable, and compliant supply chain processes across sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution.

Key responsibilities

Develop and manage the complete supply chain strategy, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Identify, evaluate, and contract co-packers and manufacturing partners.
Oversee procurement of packaging materials and ingredient supply.
Manage production cycles, customs clearance, transportation, and warehousing.
Establish and optimise DTC fulfilment channels (Shopify, Amazon, Quick Commerce).
Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and local market requirements.
Monitor and control COGS, lead times, and delivery performance.

Candidate profile

Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain / logistics within FMCG (beverages is an advantage).
Strong network of suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors.
Solid understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks in international trade.
Proven track record of implementing DTC supply chain models.
Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with a hands-on approach.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
