Administration, Events & Procurement Officer

37 hours per week, term-time + 5 days

Scale 5, points 12 (£29,670) – 17 (32,094) p.a. pro rata

(actual pro rata pay £25,435 – £27,513)

We are looking for an enthusiastic, personable, and experienced Administrator to join our team and provide high-quality administrative support across multiple departments in this varied role. The successful candidate will be organised and able to manage competing priorities with a calm and professional manner.

We are seeking someone approachable, has excellent interpersonal skills, and demonstrates a proactive, ‘can-do’ attitude. A high level of literacy and accuracy is required, along with experience of using software such as Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, and Excel to an intermediate standard.

Enthusiasm and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team are key attributes for this role.

This is a term-time position, with the expectation of an additional five days during the school holidays. These holiday days will be arranged by negotiation to meet the operational requirements of the school.

The successful candidate will join a dedicated team of administrative staff within a friendly and supportive school community comprising approximately 1,280 students and 130 staff. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and motivated individual to contribute to the smooth running of a busy and vibrant school environment.
