IT Procurement Lead - Milton Keynes - £55,000-£65,000 + package
Summary
Lead and deliver high-quality Procurement and third-party management services across the business, ensuring effective adoption of the TPRM framework and strong commercial, contractual and performance outcomes. This role drives end-to-end sourcing activity, manages critical and high-risk suppliers, and partners closely with senior stakeholders to optimise supplier value, mitigate risk, and support strategic business objectives. It also contributes to policy development, training, and continuous improvement to enhance Procurement maturity and overall third-party oversight.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain the TPRM framework.
- Lead end-to-end Procurement activity (sourcing, negotiation, contracting, onboarding, renewals, exit).
- Manage critical and high-risk suppliers, including performance reviews, KPIs/SLAs, issue resolution and improvements.
- Partner with business stakeholders, Legal and Finance to deliver compliant, value-driven outcomes.
- Provide commercial advice, support policy development, deliver training and drive process improvements.
- Build strong internal relationships and maintain external market insight.
Requirements
- Proven Procurement and third-party management experience.
- Strong IT and professional services category knowledge.
- Commercial, financial and contractual expertise.
- Excellent stakeholder and influencing skills.
